Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase free from your REBOS store in Boston. We will send you a Ready for Collection email when your order is ready. See store opening hours here. Order during store hours and your order will be ready in 24 hours.

You can order all items (excludes purchases of Gift Cards, Gift Registry and large items).

You can modify your Click & Collect order at any time by contacting our Customer Service.

Step 1.Browse products.

Find your product.

Step 2. Add to bag and head to checkout.

Add the products to your shopping bag and go to checkout page.

Step 3. Complete your order.

From the checkout page, make sure you select ‘Click & Collect’ from the Shipping section before proceeding to place order and complete your order.

Step 4.We’ll confirm your order.

Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes details of your order. You will also receive an email when your order is ready to collect.

Step 5. Pick up your order.

Now all you have to do is collect your order! All Click & Collect orders can be collected from the Customer Service Centre located in REBOS. When collecting your order instore please make sure that you bring the following: Valid photo ID# and Your order number.

If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order we may require contact with you prior to releasing your order. Click & Collect orders will be kept for 15 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 15 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a refund.

On occasion an item instore may be damaged or missing and we will only find out when we pick your order. Although this does not happen often, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement item in this instance.

Yes. If an item is not quite right we will happily exchange or refund the item for you in line with REBOS Return Policy when you arrive instore.
